However it's his final fight with Diego/Tyrant that was the worst. Here are 2 examples from the preview clips that were released a couple weeks ago: There I said it, Leon in this film reminds me of that Mary Sue character. Leon always has been a little too good at his job since Resi4, but the way he was portrayed in this film it felt like I'm watching a male version of Alice. I know Resident Evil isn't known for realistic action scenes and choreography as of late, but Vendetta made everything so over-the-top that even Resident Evil 6 looks more realistic. The plot felt rushed, and to be honest not much was happening in terms in story. The final BOW felt disappointing as well, because it was basicly a rehashed Tyrant. Same goes Maria Gomez (the chick in the catsuit) from Arias' terrorist group. You could say she was there only for fan service. Rebecca didn't have much role to speak of. While these outings have not always hit the mark, the stories are connected to the game world, so fans at the very least know they can follow some of their favourite Resident Evil characters through their next nightmarish journey. Resident Evil is one of those franchises that has already seen a lot of game to TV and film adaptations. Death Island may have the potential to be the best Resident Evil CGI outing yet, bringing all of these characters together is a sure way to excite fans.
